March On

Into another month we go, another time and season with more reasons to hope in things that make life good with minimum hinderance as we travel the long winding roads. May April be healthy, happy and peaceful as we take the path of peace and joy, kindness and compassion.

The matter of Peace does not get any simpler than to be peaceful. Peaceful thoughts however are much easier in theory when doubt worry, and fear want to infiltrate the internal calm and quiet.

It feels better to get back on track realign the runaway train of troublesome thoughts and trade fretting for quiet peace. Acknowledging blessings, gifts, basic resources, freedom, so much to be thankful for starting with the ability to reroute a negative attitude that may have stemmed from a distorted perspective. 

When all is said and done, we live with ourselves and if we say so we can claim our own happiness by at least attempting to diminish worrisome thinking, reel-in and draw from idea's that bolster and build-on moments of simple harmony. Peace of mind is powerful; the vibration emits outwardly to better cope with and navigate through the troubled world outside. Peace be with you. 🕊

Lift you up to all things good, for strength, hope and courage to carry on now and evermore ~

Be Well

If you are not feeling well, hope you feel better as soon as possible. 

If you are sad and lonely may happiness, find you and be a regular presence in your life.

If you are anxious in despair or afraid know, peace awaits. Be brave, breathe, calm yourself quietly as soon as you can for as long as you can. 

If the weather, the world, all things big and little raise your temperature, make your head and your heart hurt, take refuge in your own strength (you are stronger than you think) remember all the good places and people who strive to make life more livable and lovable. Be well. 

THANKS GIVING

Hope you are healthy, happy and have much to be thankful for. 

Hope you are having a good week and find what you seek, like the essential elements required for good living, compassion, mutual respect, love and peaceful exchanges with whomever you encounter. These elements are not found everywhere in everyone. It happens though, what we look for is generally what we find and what we listen out for is usually what we hear. How we treat people is also how we will be treated. It seems so simple, uncomplicated and yet seemingly unimportant to many. We offer our best and sometimes receive others' worst. 

We move forward respectfully, gratefully, for the goodness, the love and peace, freedom, family and friends who love and care for us.  May we cultivate and nurture the simple basics that feed our heart and soul and make us better people filled with appreciation. 

Seasons

The transition from season to season is sometimes subtle and sometimes happens in stark contrast from the previous season, 

from a pleasant Autumn day to chilly overcast and rainy skies. The weather has a great way of reminding people who is in charge.
