Welcome!

After attending the ground breaking ceremony in October, 2010, Mary Ellen Ipiotis was inspired to create a BLOG about the massive desert rose sprouting forth on sacred grounds in Sandoval County.

C'mon in! Please make yourself at home. Join me with your commentary, questions, stories, photos, video's, any information you would like to share... about the new medical center, the land it is on, the people and places in the area, anything you think people would like to know.

Mary Ellen is listening and will be on the look out for you ~

Health Care

At the beginning and the end of the day we serve ourselves best by keeping things simple in the way of our own health care. Our bodies know naturally what is best even though we are inclined to take the path of least resistance by disregarding healthy wholesome means of navigating through each day.

The results of efforts toward good health is rewarding yet sometimes seemless until injury or illness surfaces. The overall picture of our state of well being is revealed by how quickly we bounce back from a health set back. It is something we determine ourselve through our own self care. The mental, physical and spiritual practices we choose can bring us down, hold us back from living a full life or lift us up to enhance the quality of our lives. Simple formula.

Blueprint

For Peace: May Joy be yours and may the light and warmth of Love rest and thrive in the precious and priceless places in your heart, the sad and happy, broken, beautiful brave places that have healed and require healing. Lift you up to all things good, for strength, hope and courage to carry on now and evermore ~

October

Cool mornings, warm afternoons, restless nights, bright lingering large and lovelier than usual- moon, baseball, pumpkin patches, change, travel, work, rest, unrest, regroup and connect. How can OCTOBER be so full of surprises, the multi-colored, multi-faceted palette of life laid bear for all to take part in. Every drop of life, every disappointing, sorrowful, serendipitous, joyful, encouraging exhilarating bit of it... makes for a big part of what was, what is and all the possibilities of things to come. As the season's change one hopes to move peacefully along, moving forward better for the wear and tear.
