Welcome!

After attending the ground breaking ceremony in October, 2010, Mary Ellen Ipiotis was inspired to create a BLOG about the massive desert rose sprouting forth on sacred grounds in Sandoval County.

C'mon in! Please make yourself at home. Join me with your commentary, questions, stories, photos, video's, any information you would like to share... about the new medical center, the land it is on, the people and places in the area, anything you think people would like to know.

Mary Ellen is listening and will be on the look out for you ~

Remembering

Lives so precious taken from loved ones too soon. Since September 11th, 2001humankind turned another direction and tilted contrary to the natural tilt of dear mother Earth's axis. The collective heart and soul of the world seemed to became harder to take and live in, to come to terms with humanities cruelty is raw and brutal going against the softer, kinder, much more compassionate nature of humanity.

Through the ages we have seen, felt or heard of the darkest nights, the cruelest days and most excruciating times at this place at it's own unforgiving hands. It is the broken hearted, the abused, neglected and forgotten, the vulnerable and those with no voice or choice in any matter that require the most tender loving care yet are the one's most at risk for mistreatment.

One hangs on to and hopes for better day's, for miracles, goodness and respect to prevail. In the middle of it all and when the final curtain is called this fragile yet strong, magnificent manic tiny marble of a place in time and space will realize the healing, constructive power and miraculous nature of it's own will to love and come in peace, contribute somehow in whatever capacity or measure, to the quality of life for everyone everywhere whenever possible.
