Welcome!

After attending the ground breaking ceremony in October, 2010, Mary Ellen Ipiotis was inspired to create a BLOG about the massive desert rose sprouting forth on sacred grounds in Sandoval County.

C'mon in! Please make yourself at home. Join me with your commentary, questions, stories, photos, video's, any information you would like to share... about the new medical center, the land it is on, the people and places in the area, anything you think people would like to know.

Mary Ellen is listening and will be on the look out for you ~

2024

Here is to everything that makes you healthy and happy. To sweet dreams that come true and the skills and resources required to play it forward, to the presence of mind to figure out the challenges, what to do and what not to do. To finding ways of consistantly bringing our best forward and learning how to let go of things that do not serve us well.

Here is to another year of life and every drop of goodness we can create and share and make us glad we had something to do with making 2024 a good year.

Peace 🕊

Happy Easter!

Here's to whatever it is you are happy about! To good health, happiness and the resources we enjoy! Here's to the capacity to bless one another in quiet ways and colossal, around every corner another possibility for the best and worst of life. We hope for everything good and things that make you a better person, things that move you and leave you spellbound by it's beauty and wonder.

From the cold frigid air of winter to the Spring, an exciting time, shifting takes place, school winds down, new life rev's up, situations and schedules change, anything can happen, we hope for the better for goodness sake. It is time to shed our winter coat, start over begin anew as the weather slips into something more comfortable. We react in like manner in step, a bit more relaxed and inclined to synchronize with the rhythm of life. Here's to new days ahead, new life, new possibilities great and small, to potential and growth that sprouts from mother earth! Here's to the sweet smell of wet dirt and freshly cut grass and the fragrance of kindness, love and peace, so sweet and Springy.

"I Guess Things Are Gonne Be Just Fine, If We Only Will"!

A hospital is an important reflection of the people who use it, who develop and maintain it, who contribute to the quality of it's existence. The organization serves as an active, thriving community, constantly on the move, growing, lending it's resources to those who require them. An  orchestrated presence, blending and complimenting key elements to make it all work. It is an ongoing cooperative, like a band of musicians, the singers harmonize with the sound of the instruments, the rhythm, melody and beat all in sync to create a masterful and brilliant work of art and science!
Words can be hard to live by,
               but still nice to hear.

School Days

Rio Rancho, New Mexico is home to several award winning public and private schools. From Preschools for shining stars, Elementary schools named after the sunset and the distinctive landscape in the area, state of the art Middle Schools, High Schools, and even a Cyber Academy. *The Vision of Rio Rancho Public Schools is simple; "Student Excellence".  The Rio Rancho Public Schools website is a reflection of that vision and packed with a wide variety of facts, figures, fine arts announcements, academic scores, calenders, school profiles, policies and resources galore.

On the left side of the home page are several tabs.
The Student Services tab alone, is a wealth of information showing a list of various programs and services, a catalog, athletic handbook and more, and valuable information about Rio Rancho Public Schools Health Services, located in the Health Department tab. All the basic, big and little bits of information is covered.
