Welcome!

After attending the ground breaking ceremony in October, 2010, Mary Ellen Ipiotis was inspired to create a BLOG about the massive desert rose sprouting forth on sacred grounds in Sandoval County.

C'mon in! Please make yourself at home. Join me with your commentary, questions, stories, photos, video's, any information you would like to share... about the new medical center, the land it is on, the people and places in the area, anything you think people would like to know.

Mary Ellen is listening and will be on the look out for you ~

Pet Therapy

Animals that come into our lives quickly  become highly regarded and cherished pets. They can take over our lives while bringing the kind of joy and goodness that only a good dog or cat can do. It is a natural therapy just to be sharing the same space they are in at any given moment.

A well taken care of pet speak a language of gratitude that touches our souls in a way that is reassuring and comforting, non judgemental and uncondiional. The love and companionship of our pets is central to our own mental health and well being. It is a particular bond that remains in our hearts forever. The devotion is humbling and reminds us how precious their existence is in our lives.
