Welcome!

After attending the ground breaking ceremony in October, 2010, Mary Ellen Ipiotis was inspired to create a BLOG about the massive desert rose sprouting forth on sacred grounds in Sandoval County.

C'mon in! Please make yourself at home. Join me with your commentary, questions, stories, photos, video's, any information you would like to share... about the new medical center, the land it is on, the people and places in the area, anything you think people would like to know.

Mary Ellen is listening and will be on the look out for you ~

January

January is such an interesting month, it is new beginnings, new opportunities and challenges and  somehow seems darker with the chilof winter and the need to nestle, stay indoors. warm and cozy.
Time is measured in increments of seconds, minutes, hours, weeks, months, years and the moments that leave you weak, strong, happy or sad. The first month of the year moves along as it did eon's ago, one day after the other measured or not. To not keep track of time seems so rare unless you are a child or any other manner of life that counts solely on the natural rhythm, ebb and flow of the earth and it's inhabitants.

Here's to a whole new wave of possibilities and the potential for progress where progress is necessary. Here's to being better, blessed and a blessing! To health of mind, body and spirit! Here's to life, peaceful deaths and everything that makes living worth while!
