After attending the ground breaking ceremony in October, 2010, Mary Ellen Ipiotis was inspired to create a BLOG about the massive desert rose sprouting forth on sacred grounds in Sandoval County.

LEVEL 1 FLOOR PLAN

It is amazing to think, next year at this time if everything goes according to schedules, the new Sandoval Regional Medical Center will be near completion. Departments and various common areas found on the 1st Floor of UNM SRMC include:
  • The Main Entrance of the hospital, facing East
  • It's own Central Utility Plant on ground level, seperate from the main hospital.
  • Behavioral Health & Bed Unit,
  • Gardens, Court Yards, Patio's,
  • Food Service
  • Admitting & Registration Offices,
  • Administration & Staff Development
  • Ambulance Entrance & ER,
  • Non-Invasive Diagonostics and 
  • Imaging
Wow! Really something else to see this highly anticipated public facilty grow, one blueprint and beam, nut and bolt at a time.
